Izzy Hein, who started working as a Store #18 team member a little more than a year ago, is a great example of someone who moves up the ranks within our company. Through hard work and, after showing interest in becoming a manager, she started the General Store Manager program. She has excelled in assisting her manager and has run the store when needed. While in the assistant manager program, a vacancy for the manager position opened up at her store. Izzy stepped up and ran the store for several weeks, while continuing her assistant manager training from within the store. Though unorthodox in its delivery, Izzy stayed positive through the entire training process. She continues to do a great job running and maintaining Store #18. She demonstrates leadership through building respect with employees and holding them accountable. She pursues every goal, has a great attitude, and wants to do nothing less than a great job.
