Congratulations to Barbara Tiller on being selected as the Manager of the Month. Barbara, who manages Store #7, maintains it impeccably. Her store’s presentation and cleanliness are impressive, and her store financials meet company goals. When things are not how she wants them to be, she makes a list of deficiencies and proceeds to eliminate them. She’s open to listening and learning new ways to do things. Recently, she turned Store #7 over to her assistant manager so that she could help train two General Store Manager candidates in their respective stores. Through her leadership and commitment to going above and beyond, she helped these candidates improve their stores. Barb is a hardworking woman of integrity, and is dedicated to our company.
