Kathy Chaouch – December 2024 – Manager of the Month

We are proud to recognize Kathy Chaouch as the Manager of the Month for December! 

Kathy Chaouch truly embodies the values that make Heritage’s thrive—honesty, dedication, motivation, and caring. Over the past six years as the manager of Store 20 in Williamstown, Kathy has made it her home and continuously pushed herself and her team to new heights.

Her dedication has led to dramatic increases in-store sales, with inspiring goals along the way. A perfect example: A couple of years ago, Kathy was selling only about 300 Heri-eggs a week, so she aimed to sell 500 Heri-eggs just once to earn her pin—now her store sells over 500 every week!

Kathy’s leadership extends beyond her store. Over the past month alone, she has helped fill scheduling gaps at five different stores. Her unwavering support for other locations highlights her team-first attitude and dedication to Heritage’s success.

Her involvement doesn’t stop there. Kathy actively contributes to company fundraisers and is always a top-performing store for round-up campaigns. Beyond work, Kathy is a pillar of her community—whether it’s cooking for those in need or volunteering for local charities, she is always ready to help.

What truly makes Kathy a great manager is her focus on her team. From detailed training to corrective follow-ups, she ensures her employees understand her expectations, all while showing that she genuinely cares about each one of them.
