While managing her regular responsibilities, she has dedicated countless hours to ensuring the rollout was successful, making certain employees had access to the tools and information they needed every step of the way.

Patti’s attention to detail, patience, and commitment to excellence have been invaluable throughout the process. Even during one of the busiest and most stressful periods of the year, she remained calm, organized, and focused, helping coworkers navigate challenges and answering questions with kindness and expertise.

Whether assisting with payroll concerns, troubleshooting issues, or guiding team members through unfamiliar processes, Patti is always willing to lend a hand. Her steady leadership and positive attitude make her a trusted resource and an essential part of the Heritage’s family.
