August 2026 Manager of the Month – Patty Salvatore

We are proud to recognize Patty Salvatore as our Manager of the Month!

Over the past year, Patty has made incredible strides in both her store and her own confidence as a leader. When she and her District Manager first began working together, she faced significant challenges. Rather than becoming discouraged, Patty embraced every opportunity to learn, grow, and improve. Through hard work, perseverance, and a willingness to have difficult conversations, she steadily turned things around.

Today, Patty has built and trained a strong team of Guest Service Managers and consistently invests in the development of every member of her team. She leads by example, creates accountability, and fosters a culture where both her team and guests are a priority.

One of Patty’s greatest strengths is her commitment to exceptional guest service. She understands that a positive guest experience begins with a strong, supported team. Through coaching, recognition, and empowerment, she has developed a team that consistently puts guests first. That commitment is reflected in the atmosphere of her store and the relationships she and her team build with guests every day.

Patty’s store consistently meets company expectations for inventory, sales, and operational performance. However, what makes her especially deserving of this recognition is her resilience. She has accepted feedback with professionalism, remained committed to improving, and never given up, even when the path was not easy.

Her growth over the past year has been remarkable. Patty has earned the respect of her team, the trust of her peers, and the loyalty of her guests. We could not be prouder of everything she has accomplished.
