Feeding Our Frontline Healthcare Providers
On three separate occasions in late March and early April, Heritage’s stores near the new Inspira Hospital joined numerous local businesses and individuals in providing meals to frontline healthcare workers. Organized through the Inspira Foundation, this assistance demonstrated our appreciation for caregivers assisting our community members impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Here, our Woodbury-Glassboro Road, Sewell, NJ, Store Manager Abel Harbison is pictured preparing deli sandwich trays for delivery to the hospital. “My staff is so appreciative of the donation and recognition. As a Director, it’s so good to see everyone chatting and upbeat during this time, even if it is for a brief period of time,” shared Peggy Soucek, Inspira’s Director of Rehabilitation Services, Wound Care, Volunteer and Guest Services.
