Stephanie Jennings – August 2026 – Magician of the Month

Congratulations to Stephanie Jennings for being named our August 2026 Magician of the Month!

Steph is always ready to lend a hand, whether she is helping with reports, contests, memes, DoorDash, or troubleshooting technology issues. As our Information System Analyst, she approaches every request with patience, humor, and a genuine willingness to help.

Steph has also gone above and beyond in supporting our stores with technology and security needs. She has helped investigate suspected shoplifting incidents by reviewing camera footage, providing zip drives, and even working with local police to help retrieve information from our security system. She has also helped team members navigate PDI and explore the capabilities of Power BI to make reporting and data more useful.

Her technical knowledge, resourcefulness, and commitment to helping others have made her a true asset to the Heritage’s team. No matter the challenge, Steph is always willing to find a solution and make a little magic happen.
