Terri Gaboda – June 2026 – Manager of the Month

Congratulations to Terri Gaboda for being named Manager of the Month for June!

Terri has been part of the Heritage’s family for more than five years and has done an incredible job leading the Blackwood store. When you walk into Terri’s store, it’s clear how much she and her team care about their guests. They know many customers by name and often even know their regular orders, creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Terri’s store is consistently clean, organized, and fully stocked. Over the past year, she has overcome several challenges, including staffing and operational issues, through hard work, determination, and strong leadership. Thanks to her efforts, the store is now fully staffed and even able to support other locations when needed.

Terri has invested countless hours into her store and her team, always striving to improve and grow. Her dedication and perseverance have made a tremendous impact, and her accomplishments do not go unnoticed.
