Miranda Rocco – February 2026 – Assistant Manager of the Month

Congratulations to Miranda Rocco for being named Assistant Manager of the Month for January and February.

Miranda has made a tremendous impact at Store #15. Within her first week, she identified operational issues and policy concerns, then immediately took action to improve store performance. During a recent inventory period, she worked diligently to clean, organize, remove out-of-code product, and prepare the store for success.

Miranda has also strengthened her team by making necessary staffing changes, including hiring new team members and beginning training for a second GSM. Her commitment, attention to detail, and willingness to invest time and effort into her store have produced strong results.

Miranda’s growth and leadership have not gone unnoticed. Her dedication and positive momentum continue to move Store #15 forward. Congratulations, Miranda. Your hard work is greatly appreciated.
