Mike DellaVecchio – January 2026 – Magician of the Month

We are proud to recognize Mike DellaVecchio from the Service Department as our January Magician of the Month.

Mike has gone above and beyond to support our stores, especially as new technology has been rolled out. While there have been occasional glitches with devices, Mike has remained patient and persistent, following up, troubleshooting, and restoring equipment whenever needed. In some cases, he has even removed devices and brought them back for further testing to ensure everything works properly. His dedication has helped us navigate the learning curve with confidence.

Mike is also known for his pleasant and professional attitude. When he comes into a store, he not only fixes the original issue but gladly takes care of any additional repairs that arise. His willingness to help and positive demeanor make a lasting impression on everyone he works with.
