Manager of the Month – July/August 2025 – Terri Gaboda

We’re excited to recognize Terri Gaboda as Heritage’s Manager of the Month for July! Terri has been with us for over four years, and after completing her training, she took over Store #10 in Blackwood, where she’s become a true staple.

This recognition comes from her District Supervisor, who shared:

“You walk into Terri’s store and there’s no denying who the manager is. She greets many of her customers not only by name, but by their order. Whether she’s talking about last night’s baseball game or asking about someone’s family or job, she truly connects with the community she serves.”

Terri has faced her fair share of challenges, from staffing and cigarette shortages to cash handling issues, but she has consistently worked to turn things around. Her store has completed two inventories within company goals, and she continues to push for growth while keeping guest service front and center.

We’re incredibly proud of Terri’s leadership and impact. Her dedication, resilience, and personal touch make her a shining example of what it means to be a Heritage’s manager.
