Maddy – April 2026 – Assistant Manager of the Month

Maddy is the Assistant Manager of store 37 in Vineland.  Maddy has gone from a team member who was just going to stay with us a short time to a gsm, who said okay a little longer with you guys, to an assistant Manager who is really excelling in her new role. From being Serv-Safe and Vineland Food safe certified to being able to run the busiest store in the company, while the store manager is away.   You can always tell Maddy is on shift by her big smile and the way all the guests know her name.   Maddy has come so far in her career at Heritage’s, and we are all so proud of her and can’t wait to see Maddy go further in her career with Heritages and Store 37.
