Lou Mayo has been an incredible support to our stores, always ready to step in and help, whether it is tackling a long list of repairs or answering a quick question. His knowledge, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile make a meaningful difference for our teams every day.

During a recent power outage at one of the stores, Lou spent the entire weekend making sure everything was repaired and running properly. His quick action and expertise helped prevent even greater losses and kept operations moving forward.

Beyond his technical skills, Lou brings a positive energy wherever he goes. He takes the time to connect with teams, share a laugh, and create a supportive atmosphere while getting the job done.
