Lisa Oates – October 2026 – Magician of the Month

We are proud to recognize Lisa Oates as our October Magician of the Month!

Over the past several weeks, Lisa has gone above and beyond to help keep things running smoothly during a particularly challenging time for the Accounting Department. With the team short-handed, she has stepped in to cover multiple responsibilities, adapt to different roles, and make sure important work continues to get done accurately and on time.

Lisa’s dedication is even more remarkable considering she was also recovering from a recent knee procedure. She missed just one day before returning to work and quickly figured out how to navigate her daily routine, including making her way up a flight of stairs, while continuing to give her best effort. She even found a way to get to and from work each day so she could continue supporting her team.

Through it all, Lisa has remained dependable, positive, and willing to do whatever is needed. Her perseverance, flexibility, and genuine commitment to her coworkers have made a tremendous difference during a demanding time.

We are incredibly grateful for Lisa’s dedication and the many ways she continues to step up for the team. Her hard work and willingness to go the extra mile certainly have not gone unnoticed.
