Heritage’s Receives Communitas Award for Acenda Holiday Drive

We are incredibly proud to share that Heritage’s Dairy Stores has been recognized with a 2025 Communitas Award, thanks to a nomination from our partners at Acenda Integrated Health. This prestigious honor celebrates our long-standing commitment to community service, specifically through our participation in Acenda’s Spirit of the Holidays initiative.

For over 15 years, Heritage’s employees and our loyal South Jersey guests have come together each holiday season to donate thousands of toys—bringing joy, hope, and smiles to families in need. What began as a seasonal effort has become a beloved tradition and a powerful example of what’s possible when community and compassion go hand-in-hand.

The Communitas Awards recognize businesses that go beyond words to take meaningful action for the greater good. We’re humbled to receive this award and proud to be part of a network of partners, like Acenda, that truly care.
