Lisa Barrow – May 2026 – Magician of the Month

Lisa is always just a phone call away, ready to help with payroll questions, injuries, insurance, HR support, and so much more. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help others make a lasting impact on everyone she works with.

She is known for going above and beyond to ensure employees receive the support and information they need, especially during benefits enrollment and other important HR processes. Lisa’s dedication, loyalty, and commitment to Heritage’s shine through in everything she does.

In addition to her daily responsibilities, Lisa has taken on many new tasks within HR, including assisting with drug testing, scheduling Magic Class, evaluations, and learning a new payroll platform. She even volunteers her time to support company events and special projects whenever needed.
