Fred Schaffner – March 2026 – Magician of the Month

We are proud to recognize Fred Schaffner as our Magician of the Month for March.

This winter brought some of the toughest conditions in recent memory, and Fred rose to the challenge in every way. During multiple snowstorms, he worked around the clock planning, coordinating, and executing snow removal across our stores, office, and wholesale locations. From managing contractors to personally plowing several locations himself, Fred ensured that our teams and guests could safely access every site.

Fred worked tirelessly to prep and manage these unprecedented storms, continuing to clear, salt, and maintain properties even after the storms had passed. He and his team spent days in freezing temperatures making sure every location was fully cleaned up and operational, all while balancing his regular responsibilities and even attending meetings related to ongoing projects.

Fred’s dedication, leadership, and tireless work ethic do not go unnoticed. He consistently goes above and beyond, not just during extreme weather, but every single day. His commitment to Heritage’s is truly exceptional and sets a standard for us all.
