Jennifer Heritage – February 2026 – Manager of the Month
We are excited to recognize Jennifer Heritage as Manager of the Month for January and February.
Motivational, enthusiastic, assertive, and approachable are just a few words that describe Jenn’s leadership style. Over the past year, Jenn has grown tremendously, and her dedication has made a lasting impact on Store #35.
While attending college, Jenn worked in several stores as both a Team Member and Guest Service Manager. In early 2025, she returned to Heritage’s as a Store Manager and quickly began elevating operations. Her store is consistently clean, organized, and fully stocked. Jenn has successfully maintained strong staffing levels and is currently training a third GSM. She has also brought waste and labor under control while consistently meeting company goals.
Jenn ensures policies and procedures are followed and delivers excellent guest service by creating a welcoming environment for every customer. Her leadership has also contributed to steady sales growth, with her store consistently competing for top weekly lunchmeat sales.
Beyond her store, Jenn regularly supports company events, covers meetings at other locations, and sends team members to assist stores in need. One of Jenn’s greatest strengths is her focus on building a positive store culture. She encourages her team to believe the best in each other, want the best for each other, and expect the best from each other. This mindset has strengthened teamwork, increased accountability, and created a supportive workplace environment.
