Samantha Clementi – November 2025 – Magician of the Month

We’re thrilled to recognize Samantha Clementi as our Magician of the Month for November!

Samantha went above and beyond with the Backpack Project this year, managing twice as many backpacks as before. Using her strong knowledge of Excel and Office 365 apps, she created organized lists to ensure every child received exactly what they needed for the first day of school.

In September, she partnered with Radius 180 on the major project of moving everyone over to the cloud server. Although Radius was initially set to handle the transition, Samantha wanted to be hands-on to learn and contribute. Her expertise and reputation quickly earned their trust, and she worked alongside them to complete the project, saving Heritages money in the process. Samantha became the go-to person for troubleshooting and handled every challenge calmly and efficiently, helping stores, corporate, and wholesale teams stay connected.

Her dedication doesn’t stop there. When the office recently lost internet before 6 a.m., Samantha was quick to respond and had everything back online before anyone else arrived. Her reliability and problem-solving skills keep everything running smoothly.

Samantha’s intelligence, kindness, and strong work ethic shine in everything she does. She continues to make major contributions to our team, including leading progress on Employee Onboarding and developing a new Human Resource Hub in Microsoft 365. No task is too big or complex for her, and she gives every project the care and attention it deserves.
