Nicholas Padgett – September/October 2025 – Assistant Manager of the Month

We are proud to recognize Nicholas Padgett as Heritage’s Assistant Manager of the Month for September and October. Nick has been with us for over two years. He currently serves as Assistant Manager in Logan, but his impact extends far beyond his home store.

Nick is always willing to step in wherever he is needed, often covering shifts at multiple locations and supporting managers across the district. His commitment to helping others is unmatched. He truly cares about his team, his store, and his guests, and he consistently goes above and beyond to create a positive experience for everyone.
