Dominic Jones – July/August 2025 – Assistant Manager of the Month

We’re proud to recognize Dominic Jones as Heritage’s Assistant Manager for July and August!

Dominic has been part of the Heritage family for four years. He began as a Team Member, quickly advanced to Guest Service Manager, and was promoted to Assistant Manager two years ago.

Dominic earns this recognition for his outstanding leadership and unwavering dedication. No matter which store he’s in, he ensures everything runs smoothly, even during the busiest hours. He’s a strong support to every manager he works with and is always ready to step in wherever help is needed.

As one manager put it, “Working with Dom is like having two employees on shift. Especially when he’s working the deli with speed and precision.” That kind of energy and commitment speaks volumes.
