Building Trust: Heritage’s Leadership Team Takes on Camp Edge

On May 19, members of the Heritage’s leadership team came together for a full day of connection, growth, and team building at Camp Edge. Skeeter, Michelle, Paula, DJ, Sam, Patti, Fred, Maria, Jackie, and Jen participated in a series of challenging activities designed to strengthen trust, improve communication, and reinforce problem-solving and leadership skills.

One of the most memorable moments of the day was the crate stacking challenge, where Fred wowed the group by stacking 19 crates and successfully standing on 18 of them—thanks to the steady support of Jackie and Sam. The experience highlighted the power of teamwork and left participants with lasting lessons and renewed energy to bring back to their daily work. It was a day of laughter, learning, and building the bonds that make Heritage’s a strong and united team.
