DJ Warwick – May 2025 – Magician of the Month

This month, we’re proud to recognize — DJ Warwick, our May Magician of the Month! DJ has been a valued member of Heritage’s team for nine years, and throughout that time, he’s become known as someone you can always count on. Whether answering a text, call, or email, DJ shows up and delivers. His commitment and dependability haven’t gone unnoticed by those around him.

In recent months, DJ has truly gone above and beyond. With 10 stores under his supervision and multiple open manager positions, DJ could have easily been overwhelmed — but instead, he’s continued to tackle each challenge with energy, grace, and a smile. He never hesitates to lend a hand and always goes the extra mile to support the team and stores.

Beyond his day-to-day responsibilities, DJ’s commitment to team spirit is unmatched. DJ makes sure people feel seen, appreciated, and celebrated, from planning baby showers, graduation celebrations, and Christmas lunches, to hosting a bowling outing for his managers. He’s even gone out of his way to surprise a manager on his day off just to celebrate their birthday — a testament to how much he truly cares.

DJ has also volunteered for company-sponsored events and even helped organize a special office lunch, always ready to jump in and make a difference wherever he can.

Those who work closely with him describe him as kind, dependable, and full of energy — someone who doesn’t just lead, but inspires.
