Ashley Ivey – Manager of the Month – Store #18

A huge congratulations to Ashley Ivey for being recognized as Manager of the Month for March 2025!

Ashley Ivey has demonstrated exceptional leadership by turning Store #18 around through hard work, a great attitude, and perseverance. She has successfully reduced controllable losses, maintained full audits at or below company goals, and ensured her store is always neat, clean, and organized.

Beyond excelling in her own store, Ashley stepped up in a big way to organize and schedule shifts for Store #32 while leadership was away. Without hesitation, she took control, coordinated with district managers, and ensured everything ran smoothly—a true testament to her dedication and initiative.

Ashley is also deeply engaged in the community. From bringing the Crazy Cow to the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony 🎄, to teaching special needs students at Paulsboro High School how to make Heritage subs, she continuously finds ways to make a positive impact. She even went the extra mile by preparing bagged lunches for students participating in the Black History Month program.

Ashley’s kindness shines through in small but meaningful ways—like personally buying reusable bags for guests who walk, making it easier for them to carry their purchases. These thoughtful gestures truly show how much she cares for her customers, her team, and her community.
