Heritage’s Partners with Granny’s Kettle Korn
During the first week of May, which happens to be National Small Business Week, Heritage’s unveiled a new locally-sourced product in its stores. Granny’s Kettle Korn, a line of gourmet popcorn products that come in a variety of flavors, is family-owned and operated right here in South Jersey. “As a second generation family business, my husband and I are very excited to be part of the Heritage’s vendor family. We find that our values align and we’re thrilled to have our products in their stores,” shared Karen Mesler. She noted the company started in 2003 as part of her parent’s retirement plan, and has now grown to offer store placements, online sales, fundraisers, and corporate gifts. Heritage’s Raises $20,000 for Ranch Hope
One behalf of Ranch Hope, Heritage’s thanks our employees and customers for their support of the spring Round-Up! Because of your generosity, we raised $20,000 for Ranch Hope, an organization that serves children with the expectation that every youth can succeed. The funds, raised by your contributions and further rounded-up by Heritage’s, will be used to support the organization’s Hope for Independent Living and Life (HILLS) program. This independent living and work program teaches skills to boys who have aged out of the program, who work in the community and live in four cottages at the ranch. The program supports their transition and assists them as they adjust to independent living. Ranch Hope will use the funds donated to update the cottages, which needed some renovations from years of wear. CEO Skeeter Heritage, Jr., is pictured presenting the check to Ranch Hope’s leaders.
