The Product Distributor is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and packing orders, in a timely manner and for stocking all items in their assigned locations. He or she is expected to work with the whole Warehouse team to accomplish the daily goals by assisting with order picking, customer service or whatever other task is assigned.

The Product Distributor must believe in and strive to achieve the company’s vision daily through everything he or she does. He or she is to consider all fellow employees and vendors as his or her own customers and should strive to exceed their expectations. The Product Distributor is expected to keep the Receiver and General Manager informed when problems or questions do occur. He or she is to keep a clean, neat and organized facility, lend a helping hand, give sincere thanks, and cheerfully correct any problem or do whatever is necessary such that every customer ends their visit or phone call with a smile, saying “wow – what great service”.

The Product Distributor is responsible for following all company policies and procedures, as well as OSHA, DOT and any other applicable government regulations. The Product Distributor reports to the General Manager.

The Product Distributor is expected to pick orders accurately and completely at a minimum of a 95% accuracy rate, picking only acceptable code dates, pack the orders safely (without damage), and finish the orders in a timely manner, meeting defined expectations and for ensuring that all notations on the order are legible. He or she is to put stock in the designated location, following proper product rotation, and in a timely manner.

The Product Distributor is to keep the Receiver and General Manager informed of anything affecting the operations and is expected to make suggestions for improving slotting and overall operations. He or she is expected to assist with routine cycle counts and to assist in the taking of Weekly and Quarterly Inventory.

The Product Distributor is to develop him or herself, in order to achieve individual growth, which contributes to the growth of the Company.

His or her professionalism must be demonstrated through each decision made and step taken as he or she strives to achieve our company’s goals and reach our vision.
